Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing budgets, creating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include overseeing financial audits, analyzing financial data, implementing internal controls, and collaborating with different departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience with accounting principles, audits, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Familiarity with aviation industry financials or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
