HVAC Mechanical Product Engineer

Location: In-office, Har- Tuv.

Hours: Full-time.

Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM

Monday - Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM

INNOVA is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer to join our team working on our HVAC

products and systems. This role combines engineering, technical documentation, product

applications, and cross-functional collaboration to support the continued growth of our product

portfolio and customer base.

As an Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving technical documentation,

expanding product data and cut sheets with high-quality engineering information, and

supporting both internal teams and customers with technical product-related matters. You will

work closely with the engineering, product, and sales teams to help ensure accurate

documentation, strong product support, and successful project execution.

Experience with HVAC systems is highly preferred, but we also welcome mechanical engineers

who are eager to grow into the HVAC field and develop hands-on product knowledge.

Responsibilities

● Become a technical expert on INNOVA HVAC products and systems

● Own and improve technical product documentation, including Product Data

Sheets, Installation Manuals, Submittals, and web-based technical content

● Work directly with our Italian engineering and manufacturing teams to collect,

verify, and organize technical product data

● Support reps and customers with technical product questions and help expand

the company’s engineering knowledge base

● Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of product

performance data and technical resources

● Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams on new product launches

and technical initiatives

Qualifications

● Strong technical background and understanding of HVAC products, systems, and

solutions – Significant advantage

● English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Must

● Experience in preparing engineering specifications and technical documentation

● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

● Basic experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for reviewing and creating simple

technical drawings and diagrams

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical

information effectively

● Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools

● Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
