About the Venture & The Opportunity

We are an early-stage, impact-driven HealthTech venture disrupting the senior-care and isolated-environment safety markets. We are developing a sophisticated, Hardware-Agnostic SaaS platform that processes multi-modal passive sensor data to detect and verify acute emergencies (such as severe falls, strokes, or prolonged immobility) with zero wearables, zero cameras, and absolute privacy.

We are looking for a technical beast - a hands-on Co-Founder & CTO with elite backend, data, and AI engineering capabilities to build the core engine of our platform from line one.

• Architecture & Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and scale a robust backend infrastructure capable of ingesting, sanitizing, and parsing asynchronous real-time telemetry streams from global IoT cloud ecosystems (Tuya IoT API, Samsung SmartThings, and Matter/Thread protocols) via secure Webhooks and MQTT brokers.
• Algorithmic Anomaly Detection (The Core Brain): Design, train, and optimize unsupervised or semi-supervised machine learning models specialized in Time-Series Anomaly Detection. You will transform raw household state logs into spatial-temporal behavioral patterns, isolating micro-deviations from the user’s baseline with near-zero false positives.
• Generative Voice AI & LLM Orchestration: Develop the interactive verification pipeline. Upon a critical anomaly trigger, you will orchestrate instantaneous cloud-to-device event streams that spin up a natural voice dialogue via smart speakers. This requires deep integration with LLM APIs, advanced Prompt Engineering (context management, state machine tracking), and low-latency Speech-to-Text (STT) / Text-to-Speech (TTS) pipelines.
• DevOps & Telemetry Security: Set up the production cloud environment (AWS/GCP), establish automated CI/CD pipelines, and implement strict data privacy protocols aligning with global standards for health telemetry (GDPR/HIPAA compliance principles).

Hard Requirements:

• Hardcore Backend Mastery: Absolute mastery of Python (specifically FastAPI, Asyncio, or advanced backend frameworks) with a proven track record of architecting complex, highly asynchronous, and distributed cloud systems. We don't care about your years of experience -we care about your actual engineering capabilities.
• Event-Driven Architecture & Message Brokers: Deep understanding of real-time event streaming and message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub). You must know how to architect a system where thousands of concurrent sensor payloads are queued and processed under strict low-latency requirements. Lost packets or blocked threads mean delayed emergency alerts.
• Data & AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with time-series data manipulation, statistical modeling, and framework integration (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow). Direct experience manipulating LLM architectures via API and optimizing token/context efficiency.
• The Startup Mindset: Extreme ownership, high-velocity execution, and a relentless focus on deploying lean, aggressive MVPs without over-engineering. You must be a builder who loves solving raw, messy, real-world problems with elegant code.

Major Advantages (Preferred Skills):

• Deep familiarity with open-source automation ecosystems (e.g., Home Assistant Core architecture).
• Hands-on experience with Zigbee/Z-Wave networking or smart home hubs.
• Experience deploying embedded audio processing or low-latency streaming.

This is a Co-Founder partnership. The initial stage is based on a significant Equity Split (sweat equity), transitioning into a competitive market-rate salary and option pool upon securing our upcoming funded accelerator tracks or pre-seed round.
