About the Role

We are looking for a brilliant Systems Engineer who views LLMs not just as a prompt playground, but as a powerful compute resource that needs to be engineered and optimized for enterprise scale.

If you want to tackle the real, hard engineering challenges of enterprise software – mitigating execution latency, optimizing compute costs, and ensuring system predictability in production – this role is for you.

You will join us to build the core infrastructure of our proprietary Enterprise Orchestration platform, ensuring it is secure, fast, and ready for high-scale deployment.

• Core Platform Engineering: Design, build, and maintain the heavy-lifting backend infrastructure for our proprietary enterprise platform.
• Performance & Efficiency: Optimize runtime execution and data flows to maximize processing speed and minimize operational overhead.
• Reliability & Scale: Implement robust systems to handle high-concurrency enterprise workloads and complex API integrations seamlessly.
• System Architecture: Collaborate on the core system design to ensure highly predictable, deterministic, and secure software behaviors at scale.

• Backend & Infra Mastery: 4+ years of hands-on experience building complex, distributed backend systems in Python (Core requirement).
• Advanced Systems Experience: Proven track record of taking complex, non-deterministic workflows or data-heavy applications into production.
• API Integration at Scale: Deep experience designing systems that interface with large enterprise architectures and complex data schemas.
• Efficiency-First Mindset: Strong engineering intuition for optimizing code, managing state persistence, and building predictable software.
• Algorithmic Background: Strong grasp of data structures, system design, and distributed systems.

• Active contributor to prominent Open Source developer tools or backend frameworks.
• Experience deploying software within strict Enterprise security, governance, and compliance boundaries.
• Background in elite technological military units or top-tier tech R&D labs.
