The company engineers a next-generation, cloud-native platform that automates how global enterprises interact with their Data Warehouses (DWH).

Located in the Center region (highly accessible, adjacent to primary train and light rail lines) with a flexible hybrid model of three days of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Founding AI Engineer stepping into a high-impact, greenfield role as the very first dedicated AI function within the core engineering group, reporting to the R&D Team Lead.
• Taking complete technical ownership of designing, building, and scaling the company's production-grade AI infrastructure in Python.
• Architecting complex Agentic AI systems and Multi-Agent reasoning workflows leveraging advanced orchestration frameworks.
• Defining the operational blueprint for how autonomous AI agents securely interact with target codebases, manage tasks, and orchestrate automated PR/CI/CD lifecycles.

Requirements-

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience specifically as an AI/ML Engineer - Mandatory
• Deep technical understanding and practical production experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI architectures - Mandatory
• Strong, expert-level production programming skills in Python - Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with modern agent framework development, code-automation tools, or heavy CI/CD integrations - Advantage
