Responsibilities

• Process and review supplier invoices.
• Manage ongoing vendor accounting activities.
• Perform payment controls and validations.
• Support suppliers and internal stakeholders with accounting-related inquiries.
• Assist with supplier onboarding to a new supplier portal.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping Certificate (Type 2 or higher).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in accounts payable or vendor accounting – an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
