Business Development Specialist

One of our customers, a leading company specializing in embedded systems for the defense and industrial markets, is hiring a Product Line & Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop new markets, and lead strategic customer engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electronics, communications, and Embedded technology solutions.
• Build new relationships with defense, military, and industrial customers and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end B2B sales and business development activities.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and global technology partners.
• Conduct market analysis, negotiate agreements, and close strategic deals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Product Line Management within defense, military, or industrial markets.
• Strong background in electronics, communications, or embedded technology solutions.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and engage with engineering teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong hunting and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Communications.
• Fluent English.
