Teamcenter System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter System Administrator to take ownership of the installation, configuration, upgrade, and deployment of Teamcenter environments. This role focuses on the infrastructure core of the system, managing components, performing controlled deployments via Deployment Center, and maintaining complex multi-environment setups.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Teamcenter environments (2-tier / 4-tier) across DEV, TEST, and PROD.
• Manage core Teamcenter infrastructure components, including tcserver, Pool Manager, FMS/FSC, Enterprise Tier, Web Tier (Tomcat/Wildfly), and AWC.
• Lead end-to-end deployments using Deployment Center, including package management, version control, release automation, and rollback/recovery processes.
• Manage Teamcenter system configurations (TC_ROOT, TC_DATA) and related services.
• Troubleshoot complex system, performance, and integration issues through log analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Develop automation scripts, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Development, DBA, and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Teamcenter System Administrator.
• Proven hands-on experience with end-to-end Teamcenter installations from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Deployment Center (mandatory): package creation and distribution, deployment pipeline management, cross-environment operations.
• Deep understanding of 4-tier / 2-tier architectures and distributed deployments.
• Experience with core Teamcenter components: tcserver / Pool Manager, FMS / FSC, AWC.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with Oracle in the context of Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Docker.

• Advanced experience with deployment automation and CI/CD integration with Deployment Center.
• Teamcenter performance tuning experience.
• Experience with SSO / LDAP.
