The Role
We are seeking a VP of Account Management, Growth to lead and scale strategic client growth initiatives while building and maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships with enterprise business clients.
This role will focus on managing US-based clients, with full responsibility for their performance, growth, and long-term success.
What's the job?
- Relationship Leadership: Own and lead all client relationships, driving continuous growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Enterprise Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with US-based top clients (including Fortune 500 companies).
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Growth: Drive account growth by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Account Expansion: Proactively identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts, bridging client needs and internal capabilities to maximize value.
- Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end account strategy from ideation through execution and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Analytics teams to generate insights and translate them into clear, client-facing recommendations. Collaborate with Media, Product, and Finance to drive results.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing team.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management within Performance Marketing / Media companies.
- Proven track record of driving continuous growth and building long-term enterprise client partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the Performance Marketing and digital media ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, alongside a solid understanding of bidding strategies and performance optimization.
- Native-level English communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) – Must.
- US Market Experience: Proven experience working directly with US-based enterprise clients – Must.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business needs (at least 40% of the time).
- High Availability: Ability to work in US hours with high responsiveness for clients and business needs.
- AI-Oriented: Strong understanding and experience working with AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
