This is a unique opportunity to lead the Game Economy domain in a rapidly growing gaming company, shape the long-term economic strategy of our products, and build a high-performing team that drives player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities

Game Economy Leadership & Strategy

- Define and lead the Game Economy vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company's gaming portfolio.

- Build, mentor, and manage the Game Economy team, fostering professional growth and excellence.

- Establish best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for economy design and balancing.

- Partner with Product, Monetization, Data, and Game Design teams to align economic strategies with business objectives.

Economy Design & Optimization

- Design, balance, and optimize game economies to maximize player engagement, retention, and revenue.

- Own the end-to-end economy lifecycle, including resource generation, sinks, progression systems, and reward structures.

- Analyze player behavior, economy health metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to validate economy and monetization initiatives.

- Monitor gameplay loops, progression systems, and player interactions to ensure sustainable and enjoyable player experiences.

- Drive data-informed decisions and continuously optimize economic performance across all products.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Game Economy, Economy Design, Monetization, or related roles within the gaming industry.

- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading professional teams.

- Hands-on experience in the gaming industry – mandatory.

- Experience in Social Casino games, Slots, or Real-Money Gaming – a significant advantage.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

- Proven experience building economic models, balancing virtual economies, and driving product performance.

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
