Head of "Check Point for Startups" Ecosystem Program

We are looking for a Head of the "Check Point for Startups" Ecosystem Program.

As a member of the Check Point Corporate Development team, you will create and lead the Check Point for Startups Program, a hub for Israeli Cyber Innovation that helps startups scale by exposing them to the global market, while giving Check Point’s customers unique access to Israeli innovation.

Major Responsibilities:

Program Design & Launch

• Build and lead the Check Point for Startups program, connecting elite Israeli cybersecurity startups with Check Point’s global customer base and CISO network
• Define goals, selection criteria, and milestones; own the full program lifecycle from startup sourcing through flagship ecosystem events
• Design and run program components including Innovation Briefings, CISO Talks, joint marketing activities, and community events

Ecosystem Development & Startup Engagement

• Identify and recruit high-potential Israeli cybersecurity startups; build and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, and accelerators across the ecosystem
• Build and sustain an ongoing startup community to position Check Point as the premier home for Israeli cyber innovation
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Israeli cybersecurity startup landscape

Customer & CISO Engagement

• Engage Check Point’s global customer base and CISO advisory network to integrate their insights into the program, creating a mutually valuable exchange between enterprise security leaders and startup innovators
• Organize and facilitate startup innovation roundtables, CISO intimate talks, and delegation visits at Check Point’s Innovation Center
• Give Check Point’s customers unique access to Israeli cyber innovation, helping them stay ahead of emerging threats

Marketing, Content & Brand Building

• Collaborate with Check Point’s marketing team to produce joint content — videos, podcasts, blog posts, and events
• Build the Check Point for Startups brand as a recognized hub of Israeli cyber innovation; manage program communications and public presence

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Alignment

• Work with R&D, Product, Sales, and Marketing to align program activities with Check Point’s strategic priorities
• Track and report program KPIs to senior leadership; iterate based on participant and customer feedback

Desired Background:

• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem-building with and for technology startups
• Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for cybersecurity — understanding of the Israeli cyber ecosystem, key players, domains, and market dynamics
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-directed, and independent — able to build from the ground up with minimal structure
• Strong relationship-building skills; able to command credibility with founders, C-level executives, CISOs, and VCs simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to run a multi-stakeholder program on time and with high quality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English; comfortable in front of large audiences and in intimate executive settings alike
• BSc or equivalent degree; MBA is an advantage

An advantage:

• Background managing ecosystem programs within a large enterprise (corporate innovation, corporate venture, or similar
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity-focused VC fund in a business development, scouting, or portfolio support role
• Prior founding or senior operating experience at a cybersecurity startup
