Role Description This full-time Senior System Engineer role is based in Holon in a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with the option to work from home part of the time. The Senior System Engineer will lead end-to-end systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, system design, and integration of complex multi-disciplinary systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, QA, and operations), preparing system specifications and design documents, and participating in design reviews. The role involves overseeing system configuration, conducting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and ensuring that system performance and reliability meet customer and regulatory requirements. The Senior System Engineer will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, support customer demonstrations and acceptance tests, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering capabilities, including Systems Engineering and Systems Design, with experience in requirements management and system architecture.
• Hands-on operational skills in System Administration and Technical Support for complex, mission-critical systems.
• Proven ability in Troubleshooting, including root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and resolution of integration and production issues.
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments, collaborating with software, hardware, and test teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or other safety- or mission-critical domains is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills in English; ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
