Our seasoned team sits at the intersection of hardware, AI, and software - bringing together engineers from companies like Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Mobileye, and SpaceIL.

We're looking for exceptional applied AI resercher who want their work to matter in the real world

What you’ll do:

• Collect, clean, and leverage in-field robot data to continuously improve model performance
• Adapt and fine-tune foundation models (VLMs, VLAs) for embodied robotics tasks
• Own the full model lifecycle — from first experiment to production deployment
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with robotics and systems engineers to ship reliable, field-ready models

What you bring:

• Strong background in computer vision or deep learning (MSc/ PhD)
• Deep understanding of model architecture, representation learning, and robustness under real-world conditions.
• Hands-on experience with at list one of the following: RL ,VLM, VLA, foundation model
• A track record of bridging research and production — with a focus on pragmatic, working systems.
• Curiosity, urgency, and the drive to build systems that operate reliably in the wild.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in robotic perception for manipulation, navigation, or deployment on real-time or edge systems.
