As an Order Management Specialist, you will handle complex order processing in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, independent self-starter who thrives on new challenges. In this role, you will collaborate closely with distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and support our company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Handle complex and non-standard orders, resolving issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Hebrew (reading and writing), with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and adopting new technologies and innovative tools in day-to-day operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work in shifts.
- Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field - an advantage.
- Previous experience in administration or data entry - an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP - an advantage.
- Availability to participate in the training program starting July 12, 2026.
