We are looking for a performance-driven Project Manager to join ThreatCloud AI

ThreatCloud AI is the central threat intelligence "brain" that powers all of Check Point Software's cybersecurity products

• It combines over 50 AI-driven engines with big data to automatically detect, neutralize, and share information about new and evolving cyber threats
  
  

ThreatCloud AI allows Check Point products to prevent Zero-Day Malware, Phishing attacks, malicious command & control infrastructure, prompt injections and other advanced attacks, as well as providing advanced data leakage prevention capabilities.

It is a massive scale cloud system, supporting many billions of daily transactions with strict up-time and latency requirements to support all customer user flows.

In this position you will be leading projects for around 70 people directly as well as cross department projects, including interaction with other R&D departments, Product Management, Support, Sales, and QA. Requiring interaction with developers and up to senior company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing full project cycles from ideas through requirements, high level plan, design, execution and delivery
• Owning plans, risks and creating visibility and clarity for management and involved parties
• Managing significant end to end projects such as certifications projects (Fedramp), security compliance and more
• Leading and improving area processes and procedures - debriefing, knowledge sharing, and agile coaching
• Concrete contribution to area delivery results and business success
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development background
• Proven ability to lead a project end to end, drive peers to execution and work with peers from different disciplines
• Experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams including RND, QA, Tech writers, Management
• Knowledge and experience in CI/CD and agile methodologies
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Independent, Confident, Self-directed with a can-do attitude
• Fluent English and Hebrew

• Experience in cyber security products development
• Experience as a software development team leader, product manager or project manager
• Experience working with customers
