Information Security Manager - JB-632

PwC Israel is looking for an Information security manager (Individual Contributor) to manage our internal security function as part of our global network of firms.

This role combines security expertise with cross-functional work, supporting the implementation of global cybersecurity strategy at the local level, while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the local execution of the information security strategy, aligned with global standards and tailored to local business needs
• Identify, assess and manage information security risks across systems, applications, and processes
• Work closely with IT teams to implement and improve security controls and technologies
• Act as a security focal point for business units, providing guidance on security requirements and best practices
• Participate in security incident handling and escalation when needed
• Support compliance with security standards and regulations
• Work in coordination with global audit functions by analyzing audit outputs, identifying local gaps, and driving remediation efforts and implementation at the local level
• Promote security awareness and help embed a strong security culture across the organization
• Collaborate with global teams and adapt global frameworks to local needs

Requirements :

• Experience working in a complex organizational environment (enterprise / consulting / regulated)
• 4–6 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security
• Experience in one or more of the following areas - Information Security / GRC / Risk & Compliance
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards
• Ability to translate technical risks into business language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hebrew), with the ability to clearly articulate messages to senior stakeholders – both internally and externally, in a global environment
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment

Certifications :

• CISSP / CISM – strong advantage
• CISA / Cloud security certifications – advantage
