Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Enterprise Communications and Telephony Team Lead for an organization in Jerusalem.

A great opportunity to lead enterprise communications and telephony infrastructure, manage advanced Cisco Collaboration environments, and support large-scale voice, video, and networking systems.

Responsibilities

:Manage, operate, and maintain infrastructure systems, including operating systems, communication software, databases, and related components

.Evaluate existing technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements

.Support enterprise telephony, Contact Center, IVR, Collaboration, and Video Conferencing systems

.Perform advanced troubleshooting and end-to-end incident management

.Work with Cisco tools, Linux and Windows servers, customers, and internal stakeholders

Requirement

s:At least 4 years of professional experience, including technological team managemen

t.Deep experience with Cisco Collaboration systems, including CUCM, CUCM/CCCE, CCX, Cisco Jabber, and VM

S.Knowledge of data communications and VoIP, including Routing & Switching, QoS, SIP, RTP/SRTP, TCP/IP, Multicast, and Unicas

t.Experience with Wireshark, RTMT, Cisco DNA, Syslog Servers, and Packet Capture

s.Knowledge of VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Linux, and Windows server

s.Experience working with customers, managing incidents end to end, and working independentl

y.CCNA certification is an advantag
