Responsibilities:

Manage and lead cross-functional projects involving multiple IT units and business stakeholders.

Lead projects from specification through production launch.

Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Manage vendors, tasks, and schedules while meeting goals and budgets.

Produce ongoing status reports for senior management

Integrate AI tools into ongoing project management processes for process optimization, data analysis, and improved decision-making.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience managing information systems projects.

Proven experience leading technology projects from specification to implementation.

Experience in a financial organization is an advantage.

Strong systems perspective and ability to lead cross-functional processes in a multi-interface environment.

Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and ability to connect business needs with technological solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaboration and engage stakeholders across different teams and domains.
