Senior Technology & Infrastructure Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Senior Technology & Infrastructure Project Manager for a large, stable, and leading organization in Jerusalem.

This role involves leading and managing complex cross-functional technology and infrastructure projects, defining work plans, building project timelines, managing resources, and overseeing budgets. You will coordinate across infrastructure teams, development divisions, vendors, and external partners while driving projects end-to-end and leading modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing technology, IT, and infrastructure projects within large organizations

• Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple technologies, process modernization, and methodological transformations

• Strong hands-on experience with project budgeting, financial tracking, and resource management

• Experience or knowledge in Cloud and/or AI-related projects – a significant advantage

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, executives, and vendors effectively
