A leading organization in the operations and services sector is looking for an AI & Automation Project Manager to lead the implementation of advanced technologies across core business processes.
This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on connecting AI capabilities with real operational workflows, driving efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects - from concept to implementation
Integrate and connect multiple systems (operations, booking systems, BI tools, automation platforms)
Drive operational optimization, including:
- Demand forecasting
- Smart route planning
- Driver, vehicle, and subcontractor allocation
Develop and implement automation solutions for customer service processes:
- Customer inquiries
- Bookings, cancellations, and changes
- Payment inquiries and collection processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within technology / information systems / BI
- Strong experience working with complex systems and integrations
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven tools
- Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation – advantage
- Strong analytical skills with business understanding
- Ability to lead cross-functional processes and manage multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
