AI PROJECT MANAGER

A leading organization in the operations and services sector is looking for an AI & Automation Project Manager to lead the implementation of advanced technologies across core business processes.

This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on connecting AI capabilities with real operational workflows, driving efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects - from concept to implementation

Integrate and connect multiple systems (operations, booking systems, BI tools, automation platforms)

Drive operational optimization, including:

• Demand forecasting
• Smart route planning
• Driver, vehicle, and subcontractor allocation

Develop and implement automation solutions for customer service processes:

• Customer inquiries
• Bookings, cancellations, and changes
• Payment inquiries and collection processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within technology / information systems / BI
• Strong experience working with complex systems and integrations
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven tools
• Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation – advantage
• Strong analytical skills with business understanding
• Ability to lead cross-functional processes and manage multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
