Senior GIS Project Manager

Ness is seeking a Senior Project Manager!

The role includes overall responsibility for bridging professional and methodological requirements with technological solutions, while planning, guiding, and overseeing the technological development of all systems within the project. The position involves leading the integration of systems, data, and processes; working with multiple internal and external stakeholders; and maintaining ongoing coordination with business units, development teams, information security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems – mandatory.
• At least 6 years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects – mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience managing teams of IT Project Managers – mandatory.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing development teams – mandatory.
• Experience in complex data collection projects involving multiple interfaces and stakeholders – mandatory.
