Head of Quality Assurance - Industrial Company

A leading industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced products is seeking an experienced

Head of Quality Assurance to lead the company’s quality function across manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Reporting directly to the VP Operations, this role is responsible for leading and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer requirements, international standards, and applicable regulations, while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

The company’s manufacturing facility is located in the Ariel Industrial Zone.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Define and drive the company’s quality strategy, including quality KPIs, data analysis, and presentation to management
• Manage all quality activities across the organization, including QA and QC teams in multiple production departments
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across company sites, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage supplier and subcontractor quality processes, including audits, process inspections, corrective actions, and ongoing performance monitoring
• Lead external quality audits conducted by customers and regulatory bodies
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and failures, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and implementation follow-up
• Ensure compliance and control of company procedures and work instructions according to quality policies and standards
• Lead the quality team supporting manufacturing, R&D, and NPI / transfer from development to production processes

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering – Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing quality teams/departments
• Proven experience in a manufacturing company environment (on-site)
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• High ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and internationally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills
