Herzog Fox & Neeman, Israel’s leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Secretary to the Chairman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all telephone and email correspondence in a professional and timely manner

• Handle incoming messages and inquiries efficiently

• Maintain and coordinate the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and

• Organize and facilitate conference calls and virtual meetings

• Provide proactive administrative support with a high level of diligence and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic with a proactive, detail-oriented approach

• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zoom

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently with clients

• Fast and accurate written and verbal communication skills in English

Position Details:

• Full-time position

• One Friday off every five weeks
