Panax is a well-funded Series A Fintech startup based in Tel Aviv and New York. Our mission is to help companies transform complex cash management into a strategic opportunity - enabling finance teams to control, optimize, and elevate financial performance across borders. We're building a next-generation cash flow management platform that empowers finance teams with the clarity and tools they need to lead with confidence.
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing go-to-market team and help scale Panax’s presence across both the U.S. and EMEA markets. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle across these regions and work closely with leadership to refine and evolve our sales motion as we continue to grow. This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who wants full ownership of meaningful deals and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with finance leaders at fast-growing companies.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle - from qualification, discovery, and product demos through negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Build and grow relationships with CFOs, Finance leaders, and key stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise companies across the U.S. and EMEA.
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound activity, conferences, industry events, and other strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to understand customer needs, shape requirements, and bring market insights back into the product.
- Partner with Marketing to continuously refine positioning, messaging, and ideal customer profiles.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of Panax’s sales motion as the team scales.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-4 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment; experience in fintech or selling to finance leaders is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- A track record of building trusted customer relationships and driving business impact.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Strong ownership, persistence, and a results-driven approach.
- Ability and willingness to work U.S. business hours as the primary schedule, supporting both U.S. and EMEA markets.
- Experience with ZoomInfo and Hubspot Sales Technologies
- You are a Proven and enthusiastic “Hunter” with a track record of generating your own pipeline
- Proven success of cross selling technology to existing customers
Even Better if you have:
- Experience in the CFO / Finance tech stack space
