DevOps Engineer

A high-growth, venture-backed Cybersecurity startup pioneering a disruptive paradigm in enterprise protection. The company has engineered a proprietary, tamper-proof hardware-based secure remote access platform designed specifically for large-scale enterprise and national defense organizations.

By creating an immutable, hardened access tier, the platform completely eliminates traditional software attack surfaces rendering critical corporate infrastructures invisible and entirely impervious to malware, data leakage, and advanced persistent threats (APTs).

The company's R&D headquarters is located in Herzliya and operates on a hybrid model requiring 4 days in-office (with one day of remote work).

Position Overview-

• Founding / Solo DevOps Engineer stepping into a high-impact, greenfield role as the first dedicated infrastructure function in the company, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Taking 100% ownership to architect, design, and implement automated cloud and deployment infrastructures completely from scratch while scaling and refactoring legacy pipelines.
• Introducing cutting-edge Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps tooling to support a unique hardware-software integrated product delivery matrix.
• Driving enterprise-grade systems engineering across a modern stack centered around AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, and automated CI/CD engines.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of proven professional experience as a DevOps Engineer inside product-centric R&D organizations (Mandatory).
• Deep technical proficiency architecting, scaling, and managing cloud environments within AWS (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, production-grade mastery of container orchestration utilizing Kubernetes (Mandatory).
• Strong, low-level systems engineering and automation scripting capabilities within Linux environments (Mandatory).
• Extensive hands-on experience building infrastructure via code utilizing Terraform or Pulumi, alongside building advanced CI/CD automation pipelines.
