SW Development Team Leader

A fast-growing software-defined infrastructure company is developing a next-generation AI Operating System that unifies storage, database, and compute to support data-intensive and agentic computing applications.

This is an opportunity to join a core software group building advanced infrastructure products, working on complex system-level challenges, and taking part in shaping innovative technology at a pivotal stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the company’s core software development teams, driving delivery of key product features.
• Contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, and execution of the development roadmap.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design and planning through implementation, integration, support, and quality.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while actively participating in development tasks.
• Assign tasks, review work, mentor team members, and support team performance and collaboration.
• Work closely with internal teams, peers, and customers to understand product requirements and translate them into successful software delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development- must.
• At least 3 years of experience as a software team leader- must.
• Strong experience in the design and development of enterprise-level, multi-threaded systems- must.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux- must.
• Experience in software design, coding, integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write high-quality code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Self-starter with an enthusiastic, proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
