In this role, you will lead strategic international projects, cultivate relationships with partners and philanthropic organizations worldwide, and help strengthen Sheba’s position as a global leader in healthcare innovation, education, and collaboration.

• Lead and manage international projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery and measurable impact.
• Manage relationships with international philanthropic organizations and strategic partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, physicians, researchers, and professional units across the organization.
• Plan and execute international conferences, delegations, events, and visiting programs.
• Support strategic initiatives, resource development efforts, and the expansion of international partnerships.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring an exceptional partner experience.

• Bachelor’s degree – required.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, international partnerships, business development, international relations, or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior executives in Israel and internationally.
• Strong ability to lead complex processes and drive collaboration across diverse teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support international activities.
