📋 What does the role include?

• End-to-End Responsibility: Performing analysis, in-depth characterization, and complex customization within the system 🛠️.
• Leading Processes: Writing detailed functional specification documents (Specs) 📝 and translating them into smart technological solutions.
• Business Partnership: Deep understanding of client needs and the organization's business processes 🎯.

🎯 What are we looking for? (Job Requirements):

• Hands-on Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in implementation and customization within the SAP-HR module – Must! ⏳
• Module Mastery: Proven knowledge and practical experience in the following modules:
• Personnel Administration (PA) 📁
• Personnel Development / Organizational Management (PD) 🧬
• Recruitment (PB) 🤝
• Training and Event Management (TE) 🎓
• Code Reading: Knowledge in reading and understanding ABAP code – Must! 💻
• Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and a "Can-Do" attitude 💪.

• Knowledge of the Time Management module, including writing schemas ⏰.
