Senior SAP HCM Consultant | Leading Defense Organization

About the Role

A leading defense organization is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join its SAP team.

The role involves leading end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP systems, and supporting critical HR processes in a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, QA teams, and technical experts to deliver high-quality SAP solutions based on SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA platforms.

Responsibilitie

• sAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
• .Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on organizational needs
• .Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live
• .Prepare functional and technical specifications
• .Work closely with developers to implement and validate solutions
• .Perform Unit Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• .Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems
• .Manage authorizations, data migration activities, and system configurations
• .Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with SAP OSS when required
• .Collaborate with infrastructure, security, portal, and support teams throughout project lifecycles

• tsBachelor's degree or relevant professional training in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related fiel
• d.At least 5 years of SAP implementation experienc
• e.Strong hands-on experience with SAP HC
• M.Experience working with SAP HANA or SAP S/4HANA environment
• s.Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects from requirements analysis to production deploymen
