We work with global consumer brands across multiple markets. The marketing surface is where these brands meet their audience every day: social, Telegram, WhatsApp, on-site campaigns, promo drops, tournaments, and seasonal moments. It's high-volume work, but it's never throwaway. Every asset needs to feel on-brand the second someone sees it. We're looking for a Marketing Designer who can keep up with a fast CRM rhythm while holding the quality bar of a brand team. You'll own the day-to-day flow of campaign assets across channels and brands, working closely with marketing, CRM, and product to ship cohesive creative on tight cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily campaign creative across social (IG, TikTok, X), Telegram, WhatsApp, and on-site (homepage banners, lobby promos, popups, email heroes)
- Seasonal and tournament campaigns end-to-end: concept, key visual, and a full asset set across every channel and ratio
- AI-assisted production pipelines: building, refining, and documenting flows that help us scale output without scaling headcount
- Brand consistency at volume: keeping every asset locked to each brand's visual language, no matter how fast the queue moves
- Localized variants across markets, languages, and brands. One shared system, tailored execution
Requirements
- Marketing and campaign design experience for consumer brands. iGaming, fintech, gaming, sports, e-commerce, or D2C are all welcome
- Strong AI fluency: daily use of image generation tools (GPT Image, Midjourney, Gemini) and copy or ideation tools, plus at least one structured workflow you built yourself (templates, batch flows, prompt libraries, automation)
- High-pace track record: you've worked inside a steady campaign rhythm and held quality across it
- On-brand discipline: your portfolio shows a house style held consistently, not a series of one-off experiments
- Multi-brand range: you can switch voice and visual language between brands without one bleeding into the other
- Channel-native instincts for social, messaging (Telegram and WhatsApp), and on-site. You understand why a banner, a story, and a push card each need a different approach
- A live online portfolio (link, not PDF) is required to apply
Strong plus
- Motion design (After Effects, Lottie, CSS, or Figma prototyping)
- Generative motion is a big plus: hands-on experience with tools like Seedance, Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar
- Experience with marketing or CRM teams on briefs with sub-24h turnarounds
