Process Engineer - Paint and Coating

Role Description The Process Engineer – Paint and Coating is a full-time, on-site role based in Alonim. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paint and coating processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing current production methods, developing process parameters, troubleshooting coating issues, and collaborating with production and quality teams to resolve technical challenges. The Process Engineer will prepare and maintain documentation, conduct trials and experiments, support scale-up of new coatings or materials, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role also involves monitoring process performance, recommending improvements, and supporting training for operational staff on new procedures and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering relevant to paint and coating operations.
• Experience in Process Design and Process Control for industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with coating application methods (e.g., spraying, dipping, curing) and related equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards in industrial production settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Prior experience in paint, coatings, or surface treatment industries is preferred.
