Rust Software Engineer

Position Overview-

• Founding Low-Level Software & Research Engineer working hand-in-hand with the founders to architect the core, performance-critical runtime engine from scratch.
• Balancing bleeding-edge system research with production-grade execution, writing ultra-low-latency, memory-safe infrastructure layers primarily in Rust.
• Interfacing directly with hardware acceleration matrices, kernel space boundaries, and distributed container topologies under Linux and Kubernetes.
• Driving structural technical decisions across memory management, hardware abstraction layers, and high-concurrency scheduling systems.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional software engineering experience in Rust or C++ (Mandatory).
• Deep, extensive hands-on expertise in Low-Level (LL) / Systems Programming, including kernel-space, device drivers, firmware, or hardware-facing architectures (Mandatory).
• Robust structural mastery of Linux operating system internals and performance profiling utilities (Mandatory).
• Strong technical understanding or practical experience with Kubernetes orchestration and container bare-metal configurations.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent quantitative discipline is a highly significant advantage.
• Prior experience in advanced cyber security research or a background from an elite military technological unit is a highly significant advantage.
