Position Overview-

• Backend Engineer joining an elite core engineering squad to architect and develop distributed, high-throughput backend services.
• Taking end-to-end ownership over complex software components, from design and microservice modeling up to full production delivery.
• Writing high-performance code in Golang (Go) within containerized, cloud-native enterprise environments.
• Designing scalable APIs, optimizing heavy database interactions, and tackling structural performance bottlenecks across highly distributed architectures.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional backend software development experience - Mandatory
• Hands-on, production-grade programming experience with Golang (Go) - Mandatory
• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant technological discipline - Mandatory
• Practical technical exposure to relational databases, caching systems, or cloud architectures - Advantage
