Job Description

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Android & Flutter Developer to join its mobile development team.

This role involves developing and maintaining advanced mobile applications while balancing product feature development with the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality mobile infrastructures. You will work closely with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, and Development teams, leveraging modern technologies and AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android and Flutter mobile applications.
• Design and implement new product features while continuously improving core application infrastructure.
• Build and maintain scalable, modular mobile architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Develop and maintain Unit Tests and contribute to code quality initiatives.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues related to CPU, memory, and rendering.
• Utilize GenAI tools, AI Agents, and MCP-based workflows to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of mobile development experience.
• At least 3 years of Android development experience using Kotlin and Java.
• At least 2 years of Flutter development experience.
• Experience working with GenAI tools, AI Agents, or MCP-based development workflows – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience developing and maintaining modular applications.
• Hands-on experience writing testable code and Unit Tests.
• Strong understanding of Multi-Threaded Programming.
• Proven experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working with Git in large-scale development environments, including advanced branching strategies such as GitFlow.
