We are seeking for a skilled and innovative R&D Specialist to join our team- student position!

Role Purpose:

This student role supports two key projects within the Product Development (R&D) team:

• Improving and maintaining specifications for raw materials and packaging
• Supporting the implementation of European food regulation

The role involves working with data systems, specifications, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain databases related to raw materials and packaging
• Review, edit, correct and validate product specifications
• Align requirements between company standards and supplier specifications, including closing gaps until final approval and documentation
• Coordinate activities with key interfaces: Product Development, Quality, Procurement, suppliers, and global stakeholders
• Update and maintain multiple digital systems
• Support preparation of packaging information for food products in line with regulatory requirements
• Support ongoing maintenance of data repositories
• Coordinate supplier declarations related to raw materials
• Work across all company sites and product categories

Requirements:

• Final-year student (end of 3rd year, progressing to 4th year) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or Food Engineering
• Availability for at least 3 days per week (mandatory), hybrid role based in Haifa
• Fluent English – reading and writing (mandatory), speaking – strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Previous work experience – advantage
