System Integration Engineer

We are looking for a System Integration Engineer to join the Airborne Systems Division at Israel Aerospace Industries ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Serving as a System Engineer for an advanced airborne radar system within a mission aircraft project for a strategic customer

• Planning and executing complex integration processes across multiple laboratories operating simultaneously, including sensor labs, system integration labs, ground testing facilities, and flight test environments

• Defining design and testing requirements for radar subsystems

• Working in a multidisciplinary environment with extensive collaboration across integration, software, and engineering teams

• Supporting system validation activities and resolving technical integration challenges throughout the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in the development or integration of Radar, ELINT, or COMINT systems – Mandatory

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with air-to-ground radar systems – Advantage
