Bynet Data Communications is hiring a Technology Recruiter for IT EXPERT specializing in IT recruitment for our clients!

What will you do?

🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, with a focus on IT positions

🔹 Screen and review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and lead candidate assessments

🔹 Source candidates through various platforms and channels

🔹 Support and guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey while ensuring an excellent candidate experience

🔹 Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

What are we looking for?

✅ At least 1 year of recruitment experience (technology recruitment experience is a significant advantage)

✅ Basic technical understanding – an advantage

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

✅ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized

✅ Relevant academic degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field) – required
