Position Overview-

• Senior GenAI & Backend Engineer joining an elite, core R&D group working in direct alignment with the CTO office to build next-generation intelligent platform layers.
• Taking 100% technical ownership over the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of sophisticated AI Agents and Agentic Workflows embedded into the core product engine.
• Architecting scalable server-side systems and continuous data pipelines in Python optimized for the real-time parsing, vectorization, and comprehension of intricate legal and financial instruments.
• Spearheading the deployment of enterprise-grade features from early-stage exploratory research up to full high-scale production setups, directly influencing Accuracy, Latency, Scalability, and Cloud Cost-Efficiency.

Requirements-

• Academic excellence / Elite military unit background - Mandatory
• 5 years of software development experience - Mandatory
• Strong production experience with Python - Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with GenAI in production (Agentic AI / LLM Agents / RAG / LangGraph / LangChain) - Mandatory
• Experience with Vector Databases - Advantage
• Experience with Cloud deployment (GCP preferred) - Advantage
