About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, and highly accountable Senior Infrastructure Administrator to join our Infrastructure team. You'll be responsible for managing complex, multi-company IT environments - keeping everything running, secure, and scalable across the group

.This isn't a 9-to-5 role. Our systems don't sleep, and neither does the responsibility that comes with this position. If you take ownership seriously and genuinely enjoy solving hard infrastructure problems - we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Respond to critical incidents outside of business hours when needed - this is part of the role, not the exception.
• Lead and support projects in the areas of networking, cloud and virtualization - from planning through execution.
• Manage and administer user environments, Active Directory, AAD, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Ensure 24/7 system availability with a Zero Downtime mindset - you'll be the person people rely on when things go sideways.
• Manage and maintain security infrastructure including ZTNA, Mail Gateway, EDR and many more other solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure health using NOC/monitoring tools and act on alerts proactively.

Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles in complex, multi- site environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals -Switching, VLANs, VPN, Firewall configuration.
• Proven experience with ZTNA solutions.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise Firewall platforms.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization environments (Nutanix\VMWare)
• Experience with Mail Gateway solutions - anti-spam, anti-phishing, advanced threat protection.
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS -resource management, security policies.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user/identity management.
• Experience with monitoring and NOC tools - you catch problems before users do.
