Groundwork BioAg specializes in the production of highly-effective mycorrhizal inoculants for commercial agriculture. Its flagship product, Rootella™, contains concentrated and vigorous beneficial fungi that significantly enhance plants' nutrient uptake from the soil. These inoculants have been proven to increase crop yields, bolster resistance to stress, and reduce the need for fertilizers. Groundwork BioAg has shown substantial yield improvements in major crops such as corn, soybean, sorghum, tomato, and onion.

The Methodology Lead will oversee the development and implementation of methodologies for microbial inoculant production and testing at Groundwork BioAg. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing experimental protocols, analyzing data, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in testing processes. The role also involves collaborating with R&D teams to enhance product performance and conducting research to improve product efficacy. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petah Tikva, with the option for some remote work.
