Full Stack Team Lead

Position Overview-

• R&D Team Lead managing an elite squad of 3-5 software engineers, maintaining approximately 40% Hands-On involvement.
• Flexible Leadership Focus: Opportunity to lead a Full-Stack squad or pivot strictly toward Core Backend / Infrastructure engineering.
• Seamless Stack Transition: Designed as an architectural cross-training opportunity no prior Node.js/React experience is required, with full enablement provided to transition senior engineers from a strong .NET background.
• Driving architecture and scale across a world-class, high-concurrency cloud and distributed data ecosystem.

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven technical management / team leadership experience - Mandatory
• 5 years of backend web/distributed software development experience, heavily focused on .NET - Mandatory
• Proven background coming exclusively from strong, product-centric SaaS companies (No project houses / No low-tech) - Mandatory
• Strong indicators of excellence (B.Sc. from a top university, elite military tech unit background, or an established track record at a tier-1 tech corporation) - Mandatory
