Located in the Center region (exceptionally accessible, situated directly on a primary train line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for two days of remote work per week

Position Overview-

• Senior AI Platform & Backend Engineer joining an elite Innovation lab to work hand-in-hand with leading GenAI researchers to engineer next-generation forensic intelligence tools.
• Architecting and hardening high-security GenAI platforms across both SaaS and On-Premises / Edge deployments, operating under strict compliance environments.
• Building performance-critical backend services in Python while orchestrating Local (offline) LLMs, complex RAG pipelines, and fully autonomous Agentic workflows.
• Driving bare-metal infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and Platform automation inside air-gapped Linux topologies without relying on managed public cloud providers.

Requirements-

• 6 years of proven software engineering experience in product-centric or specialized R&D environments (Mandatory).
• Deep, hands-on production programming mastery in Python (Mandatory).
• Proven experience building advanced GenAI/LLM solutions, specifically with at least one of the following: RAG pipelines, Agentic workflows, LangGraph, LangChain, or LLM integration (Mandatory).
• Strong systems engineering background under Linux/Ubuntu, alongside extensive experience with Docker, Containerization, and custom CI/CD pipelines (Mandatory).
• Prior technical experience with Platform Reliability Engineering (SRE), open-source automation tools, or deploying to air-gapped/on-prem environments is a major advantage.
