About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Talent Acquisition Consultant to join T2H and work closely with startup clients across different roles and hiring challenges.
You will own recruitment processes end-to-end: from kickoff and role definition, through sourcing, screening, candidate management, hiring manager communication, and process follow-up.
This role requires someone who can step into ambiguity, ask the right questions, quickly create order, and keep the process moving without drama.
You should be comfortable working directly with founders, hiring managers, and candidates — and you should know how to bring focus into messy, fast-moving hiring environments.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting processes for startup clients.
Turn unclear hiring needs into clear candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
Source, engage, screen, and manage candidates with strong judgment.
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to keep the process sharp and moving.
Create clarity in the pipeline: priorities, next steps, bottlenecks, and decisions.
Write clear candidate summaries and process updates.
Improve hiring workflows, interview structure, and candidate experience.
Use AI tools to work faster, smarter, and more effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment consulting.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience recruiting for R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, or leadership roles.
- Experience working with startups, tech companies, or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage ambiguity without getting lost in it.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior hiring managers.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
AI Enabler Mindset
We are looking for someone who actively uses AI to improve the way they work.
Not someone who “knows ChatGPT exists.”
Someone who can use AI to improve sourcing, research, outreach, candidate summaries, interview prep, scorecards, market mapping, and daily recruiting workflows.
You don’t need to be a technical expert. You do need to be curious, practical, and willing to build smarter ways of working.

- Agency, embedded recruitment, RPO, or consulting experience.
- Experience building hiring infrastructure, including scorecards, kickoff templates, interview kits, and sourcing playbooks.
