Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Co-Founder & CRO to join our founding team. This is not a standard corporate executive position. You will own the entire Go-to-Market strategy from day one, starting with the vibrant Israeli tech ecosystem. We have built the core technology—we need you to build the commercial engine. You will identify early design partners, execute zero-budget B2B sales cycles directly with R&D leaders, and shape the company’s business vision alongside the CEO and CTO.

Please note: As an early-stage bootstrapped startup, this is an equity-only (sweat equity) Co-Founder role until our initial funding round.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, specifically within the DevTools, AgentOps, or AI space.
• An active, existing network of technical decision-makers (VP R&D, Tech Leads, QA Managers) in the Israeli high-tech industry.
• True entrepreneurial DNA: comfortable working in a zero-budget environment and executing tasks directly rather than managing large teams.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex backend technology (like runtime execution and API logic) into clear business value and ROI.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
