Position Overview-

• Principal Software Architect stepping into a highly visible, elite standalone technical role reporting directly to R&D leadership to spearhead a core communication product line.
• Taking comprehensive technical ownership over the end-to-end architecture, structural blueprints, and technical specifications for next-generation enterprise Contact Center and Voice Engagement ecosystems.
• Designing highly available, scalable multi-tenant platforms capable of seamless deployments across both cloud-native SaaS multi-cloud architectures and complex On-Premises enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Championing top-level system design, evaluating complex technical trade-offs, and authoring detailed, end-to-end blueprints for cross-functional engineering squads operating across .NET and Node.js environments.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a highly equivalent quantitative discipline (Mandatory).
• 5+ years of proven professional experience operating as a Software Architect within complex, distributed enterprise software environments (Mandatory).
• Deep, practical architectural mastery inside production SaaS environments hosted on public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive experience in high-level system/software architecture design, with a proven track record of writing detailed end-to-end technical specifications.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving capabilities, with a distinct ability to navigate abstract, large-scale systems while maintaining a precise grasp of technical micro-details.
• Exceptional communication, collaborative teamwork, and presentation skills—with absolute fluency in verbal and written English to articulate complex technical architectures to stakeholders.
