We are looking for an experienced:

Product Owner / Client Manager

who will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients in Israel and REMBOX's international engineering and architecture teams.

This role combines client relationship management, project and planning coordination, collaboration between client and REMBOX teams, and the development of long-term partnerships with leading companies in the engineering, architecture, and construction sectors.

• Manage ongoing relationships with company clients.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business objectives, professional needs, and project priorities.

• Coordinate and manage collaboration between clients and REMBOX's professional teams.

• Define project tasks, priorities, and schedules.

• Monitor project progress, delivery quality, and overall client satisfaction.

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships with existing and prospective clients.

• Support the onboarding and implementation of new projects.

• Participate in commercial negotiations, proposal preparation, and business development activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or related fields in Israel.

• Professional experience as an architect, structural engineer, MEP engineer, infrastructure engineer, or another engineering-related discipline.

• Strong understanding of planning, design, and construction processes, including coordination with all stakeholders involved in a project.

• Familiarity with the Israeli engineering and construction market.

• Experience managing teams, leading professionals, or coordinating multidisciplinary teams is a significant advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• High level of personal responsibility, independence, and leadership ability.

• Strong organizational skills and systems-thinking mindset.

• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew.

• Good command of English for client communication, meetings, and professional documentation.

• Russian – an advantage.

• Experience with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, or similar engineering software – an advantage.
