Field Operations Representative (Thai-Speaking)

A global technology company is looking for a Thai-speaking Field Operations Representative to join its growing field operations team.

About the Role

This is a field-based customer-facing role focused on onboarding and supporting users directly at their workplaces or designated meeting locations. The representative will guide customers through the registration and activation process, explain the company’s services, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, independence, and the ability to work comfortably in the field on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to meet customers at workplaces or agreed locations
• Guide customers through the onboarding and registration process
• Explain the company’s services and support product adoption
• Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships
• Ensure customers fully understand and actively use the platform
• Represent the company professionally in field interactions
• Work independently while coordinating with internal operational teams

Requirements

• Fluent Thai — mandatory
• Good English communication skills — mandatory
• Valid driver’s license — mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Experience in customer-facing or field operations roles — advantage
• Hebrew — advantage
