Crossevia Medical, an early-stage startup developing tools for neurovascular interventions, is seeking a talented and motivated R&D Student to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary effort at the forefront of minimally invasive medical device innovation — from concept to clinical translation.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of product development, from concept design to preclinical validation.
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and testing setups to support R&D, manufacturing, and verification activities.
- Plan and execute validation and verification testing, including data analysis and documentation.
- Set up and conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate device performance.
- Work hands-on in the lab performing mechanical assemblies, micro-welding, heat treatments, 3d prints, and other prototyping processes.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, clinical, and manufacturing teams to accelerate development.
Requirements:
- At least 3rd year Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering student
- Background in CAD design and mechanical design principles.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
