We're building a category-defining product in the agentic AI space, with a built-in audience and a clear path to market. It lives at the intersection of behavioral science and AI agents.

The technical work is deep. The vision is sharp. The window is open. I'm looking for the engineer who will build it with me.

THE DEAL

• Co-founder equity: Real, meaningful ownership.
• Equal voice: Full partnership on direction and strategy.

This is the stage before fundraising. I'm looking for someone with 6-12 months of personal runway, who is making this bet because the conviction is mutual.

If that's not your situation, this isn't the right time for us — and that's fine. Most great engineers can't right now, and I respect that completely.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years of production engineering (at least 2 years focused on AI/LLM systems).
• Agentic experience: You've shipped something agentic in production — not a wrapper, not a chatbot.
• Architecture: You can architect a complex system from scratch and own it as it scales.
• Location: Based in Israel and ready to work in person, side-by-side.
• You're not looking for a job. You're looking for what comes next.

HOW THIS WORKS

The first 90 days are a mutual trial. We work intensively together. At the end, if both of us see it clearly, we formalize the partnership and raise our seed round.
