And we are building an enterprise AI security and governance platform that helps organizations safely adopt, monitor, control, and scale AI usage across employees, applications, models, agents, and data.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Platform & Deployment Engineer to package, automate, and support the deployment of our AI security platform into enterprise environments. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and product delivery.

What You’ll Do

·      Develop and manage deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines for self‑hosted, on‑prem, and private‑cloud deployments.

·      Work with Docker, Linux servers, networking, and reverse proxies to build reliable and secure environments.

·      Create and maintain scripts, tooling, and documentation for installation, upgrades, backups, monitoring, and recovery.

·      Implement observability solutions, exposing metrics and logs that integrate with customer‑owned monitoring systems.

·      Collaborate with R&D and customer teams to troubleshoot deployment and performance issues.

·      Ensure secure secrets management, TLS configuration, identity integration, and compliance with enterprise security best practices.

Required Qualifications

·      3-6 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.

·      Strong proficiency with Linux administration and Docker.

·      Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).

·      Comfort with networking fundamentals - DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, reverse proxies, and certificates.

·      Hands‑on experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenTelemetry, Syslog or Loki.

·      Scripting skills in Bash or Python and familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Docker Compose, Ansible, Terraform).

·      Knowledge of secure deployment patterns and secrets management.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience supporting self‑hosted or private‑cloud products in regulated environments.

·      Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for VM‑based deployments.

·      Experience integrating with enterprise identity systems (SSO, SAML, OAuth).

·      Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and operational database maintenance.

·      Exposure to SIEM, SOAR, or log‑forwarding integrations.
